Professional Experience

Justin Woolf is an associate with the firm. Mr. Woolf's practice emphasizes the defense of civil lawsuits involving commercial and residential construction, construction defect claims, breach of contract, and transactional matters. He also offers a wide array of legal services to local construction entities. Mr. Woolf is admitted to practice in New Mexico State and Federal Courts. Mr. Woolf formerly served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Division of the New Mexico Attorney General's Office where he acted as general counsel for various state boards and commissions, including the Construction Industries Commission. Mr. Woolf then worked for the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department as the Department's Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining private practice, Mr. Woolf was the Deputy Director of the Construction Industries and Manufactured Housing Division where he managed the daily operations of the Division.
